Amanda has been with Leecare since 2012, supporting the training and consulting needs of clients with her in depth program understanding and digital implementation experience. With over 30 years experience as a Clinician and Educator in the Acute and Aged Care Sector, Amanda now leads a team of technical support and implementation team members having previously led consultants and trainers. Her team delivers and supports all clients with their program installations to deliver excellent outcomes. She is passionate about empowering Health Care employees with ongoing knowledge to enhance their job satisfaction and skill set.

Rosemarie has worked at Leecare as a Product Specialist since April 2019.  She has over ten years of experience working with IT applications in both Singapore and Australia.  She has a degree in Computer Engineering.  She is also qualified as a Business Analysis and is certified in Agile.  She has been a valuable member of the Implementations team

Client Manager

 

For over 3 years, Teks has assisted clients with their implementations, installations and upgrades, walking them through each step and ensuring all activities are coordinated between the client, the Support team and any IT team members. Installation support includes everything from the time the Licence Agreement (LA) is received, to implementation/ go live and ongoing Change requests, including arranging Implementation Planning Days, Training, Data Entry support, auditing, consulting and accreditation preparation services and support, setting up Testing / Training environments at mutually agreeable dates with the client and more.

Dedicated account management.

As a Leecare client, you will be paired with a dedicated Account Manager, whose singular objective is to ensure your success.

By gaining a deep understanding of your business priorities, they will work with you to establish a 12-month plan to maximize your utilization of Leecare. They will also conduct regular business reviews to measure actual usage against your objectives and will make recommendations for improvement as needed.
