Since 1992, Caroline has been CEO of disruptive consulting and software company Leecare Solutions, Australia’s clinical software pioneers, deploying their web browser, Apps’ rich, clinical and operations software across five countries. She was National President of the Aged Care IT Vendor Association from 2009 -2014, present on the NEHTA Compliance, Conformance and Accreditation committee during that time, supported homes under sanctions as a listed Australian Government Nurse Advisor from mid 1990’s – 2015. Her PhD studied the role of Nurse Practitioners in aged care.
Amanda Jones
DEPUTY CEO / Customer Support Director
Amanda has been with Leecare since 2012, supporting the training and consulting needs of clients with her in depth program understanding and digital implementation experience. With over 30 years experience as a Clinician and Educator in the Acute and Aged Care Sector, Amanda now leads a team of technical support and implementation team members having previously led consultants and trainers. Her team delivers and supports all clients with their program installations to deliver excellent outcomes. She is passionate about empowering Health Care employees with ongoing knowledge to enhance their job satisfaction and skill set.
Paul Kean
Corporate Director
Paul has been with Leecare since 2012. Originally trained as a secondary school teacher of Physics, Science and Mathematics, Paul also coordinated a number of programs. His 30 years of experience in this industry has brought management and leadership skills to the business. Paul supports the business with all its operational needs and ensures Leecare is a fantastic environment to work in. Paul manages the administrative and finance teams.
Yoseph Philips
Chief Technology Officer
Yoseph has been with Leecare since 2012. He supports the team, the product and the technologies. Yoseph is passionate about quality, performance, process, and strategically transitioning to more modern technologies. He started programming in 1984, and is an expert with the Leecare Java stack (commencing working with Java in 1998) and worked in Israel, 9 years as CTO/Development Manager in the Medical software industry. He has ensured the product quality with his technical expertise and in depth database and systems’ knowledge.
Joseph Makara
Development Director
Joseph joined Leecare in 2014 and have worked in various roles as a Principal Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Team Leader and Software Development manager.
Currently as a Leecare Development Director responsible for leading a team of exceptional talent to design and deliver software solutions.
He is keen on both people and technical leadership, focusing on collaboration between Product and Engineering teams across the organisation to design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet the Leecare’s clients needs.
He is passionate about leading software development team responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of Leecare flagship software products, as well as managing and optimizing the software development process.
Greg Beasley
National Sales & Marketing Director
Greg has been with Leecare since 2010, managing the sales and marketing activities for the business, with a depth of knowledge about Aged Care and healthcare business operations. Over the years, Greg has worked in business process outsourcing, with leading digital BPO’s, and became a partner with Predictable, a Talent Acquisition firm working with aged care providers and BPO’s. This along with his business development, digital strategies consulting and training knowledge and experience, has enabled Greg to understand in depth, the needs of Leecare clients and successfully lead the company’s sales activities.
Sylvia unferdorben
Executive Assistant to Group CEO
Sylvia has supported the Leecare Office of the CEO and been responsible for managing the non Enterprise client contracts and ongoing Enterprise contracts for over 5 years. Her background in Human Resources, National Training Manager for key Insurance companies has ensured the Management team at Leecare are supported by an experienced Corporate professional of over 20 years.
Rosemarie Carpena
Deputy Customer Support Director
Rosemarie has worked at Leecare as a Product Specialist since April 2019. She has over ten years of experience working with IT applications in both Singapore and Australia. She has a degree in Computer Engineering. She is also qualified as a Business Analysis and is certified in Agile. She has been a valuable member of the Implementations team.
Stephen Malins
Project Manager
Stephen has extensive software development, operations and Project Management experience across the UK and Australia having worked in technology and digital security, operations and corporate business solutions since 1990. He supports the Leecare software development team with gathering technical requirements from industry partners, ensuring quality design principles and setting up systems to ensure quality oversight of all projects and resources.
William Lee
Client Account Manager
William has worked with Leecare since 2009 in multiple support roles including administration and more recently Account Management, being responsible for the implementation support person for many of our large Enterprise clients. His knowledge of the program, company procedures, client needs and IT requirements has meant he is across all aspects of the deployments and has ensured the communication channels and client needs are addressed each day. Clients have had nothing but praise for his management support and commitment to ensuring their needs are met.
Garry Blyth
Application Support Manager
Garry has been leading the Leecare support team since 2011. His extensive knowledge of the Platinum systems, clients’ needs and commitment to detail has ensured Leecare clients have consistently received quality support and care. Having worked as a Manager in residential aged care in various roles for over 8 years’ previous to supporting Leecare clients has ensured the support team has a sense of urgency. Garry’s advocacy of clients to the Dev team ensures his pursuit of prompt attention gets results.
Tekeste Aynalem
Client Manager
For over 7 years, Teks has assisted clients with their implementations, installations and upgrades, walking them through each step and ensuring all activities are coordinated between the client, the Support team and any IT team members. Installation support includes everything from the time the Licence Agreement (LA) is received, to implementation/ go live and ongoing Change requests, including arranging Implementation Planning Days, Training, Data Entry support, auditing, consulting and accreditation preparation services and support, setting up Testing / Training environments at mutually agreeable dates with the client and more.
Abdul esmael

Abdul is an experienced accountant working with Leecare for over 5 years, recently appointed as the Finance Manager for the company., responsible for the management of all countries Leecare services. His understanding and experience working in the Leecare operations team ensures he can effectively support clients and the executive team to ensure good business practices and strong business viability.
Greeshma Jose
Software Integration Support
Greeshma has worked with Leecare since 2018 as an Account Manager and is responsible for liaising and supporting clients, for coordinating version upgrades and form installations. She however used P5 products from 2011 in the aged care sector as an IT Project Manager with multiple aged care services prior to joining Leecare. Greeshma has completed a Master’s degree in Information systems management, over the years has gained in depth knowledge of implementation activities and business process improvements. Greeshma understands our client’s need to deliver quality services hence her approach to customer service shows her passion about client service and product support.
Teresa Mc Alear

Teresa is a valued member of the Leecare Consultant training team with over 15 years’ experience as an Aged Care Quality Manager amongst other senior management roles in aged care and other industries, including education. Teresa generously brings her extensive accreditation experience, ACFI claiming and care and lifestyle management experience and knowledge to clients during implementation support activities.
Guiomar Fernandes

Guiomar has been a valuable member of the Leecare consulting team since 2005 bringing her education expertise as past Lecturer at the University of Aga Khan and her expert knowledge of aged care standards to every implementation she is involved in. Guiomar’s expert knowledge of the Platinum programs and configuration capability ensures client’s are always fully supported by a caring professional focused on quality.
