Christine Unferdorben is the General Manager of Leecare solutions (since 2010). She has a strong commitment to lifelong learning, which has included completing a Master of Nursing – Gerontology and Graduate Certificate in Management.
She is a passionate supporter and advocate of Aged Care and Disability services having been an Approved Provider, Business Owner, Consultant and Executive in aged and community care, and intellectual disability services since 1987.

NSW Implementation & Training Consultant

Ms Jill Pretty is a Registered Nurse and holds a degree in Nursing Management and a Master in Nursing majoring in Aged and Palliative Care as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Jill was employed by Aged and Community Services NSW & ACT (ACS) for 15 years and held the position of Manager of Policy and Consultancy before being appointed as the Chief Executive Officer in 2008.

VIC Implementation & Training Consultant

Registered Nurse (Masters of Nursing and Clinical Fellowship in Evidence Based Health in Aged Care- JBI) with more than 25 years of experience in Aged Care.Conducting Training on the various modules in Platinum 5, Auditing Platinum 5, Dealing with compliance in Accreditation Standards, Quality Improvements, Auditing, In-service education on various Education Topics in Aged care. Strengths are both Education as well as Quality.

Implementation & Support Officer

Bill Hardge is a seasoned IT Senior Engineer with 23 years’ experience building, maintaining and supporting a variety of IT platforms. Along with my Infrastructure experience, He has worked in Project and Change Management delivering world-class projects. He has worked in the Aged Care sector as a Senior Consultant gathering customer requirements for implementation, Project Managing Interface builds & Training the Clinical Care Canvass to both RN’s and AIN’s.

Petrina originally trained as a registered nurse and throughout her career has worked in and consulted to a number of aged care facilities as well as providing lobbying and advocacy support to the sector through her previous roles leading the NZ Aged Care and Retirement Villages Associations.
